The High Court of Kolkata decided to extend the wheat trader’s export window

The last date that is given to the Kolkata wheat trades to export wheat packages is extended by the high court of Kolkata till October 31st.

On the 13th of May, the central government banned the export of wheat and decided the date the 30th of September saying that it was the last date of wheat export.

But because of the high demand high court of Kolkata extended this ban till 31st October. This leads to more exporters who miss the 30th September deadline.

As per the latest data of India Import Export Data, Soubhik exports files a request in the High Court of Kolkata that please extend the date of the ban on wheat export because they couldn’t able to do it in such a stimulating time.
